This dragonfly actually knocked on my door last night around 8:30pm. I opened the door to see what made the noise and it almost flew into me. It was huge, the largest dragonfly I’ve ever seen, probably two inches in length. If you’ve seen the others I posted they were all small.

I grabbed my phone to video it and as I did as orb flew out of it right into me. You can see the path it took.

I just posted the meaning of the dragonfly’s medicine a few days back. What a way to have a solar eclipse and Equinox!! This is the magic waiting for us when we are not distracted by the outer reality. We are of it but not involved in it.

The dragonfly can bring you through a two year period of transformation. Perhaps attention is needed in how we are navigating or reality as it reminds us to follow the light.

This little dragonfly flew past me as I was walking to the front door after filling the bird feeders.

It continued to hover in flight until I got to the doorstep, then it settled on the small flag holder by the door.

I asked it to stay so I could get my phone (in the house🤷🏼‍♀️) to film it. It stayed and when I came out, it adjusted its position and settle back down and let me get up close to it.

In the first video it shifts and lifts off for just a second and then sits back down. I believe that happened in that moment because in my head, I was talking to it telling it that I was mesmerized by it. It’s ability to fly and the way its wings moved when it did. It appeared to be acknowledging the thoughts I was having.

Dragonfly medicine is all about” the power of light”. They’ve been a very powerful symbol for me for many years and each time they show up I find myself in the state of transformation which is what’s occurring now again. The symbol of their radiant coloring is supposed to reflect the idea of maturing into your truth.

There’s also a water element two dragonflies that connects them to emotions. They often come in or show up for us to give us an opportunity to check on our emotional state of being as a reflection point so we can tune in to where we are in our process of balance.

I can remember being really young swimming in our pool in the backyard and being circled by dragonflies and screaming for help thinking in someway, they were gonna harm me only to learn later in my life they were trying to bring messages forth to help me balance my overly emotional sensitivity to life and the challenges I perceived in it.

Now, when a dragonfly shows up, I thank it for its offering, and I take a moment to tune in to see where I am emotionally, how I’m balancing my mental and emotional state of being and work with whatever is presenting to bring myself back to center.

Do you see what I see? I felt a pull to sit outside for a bit and got a prompt to take a picture of this cloud as it was being highlighted by the sun as it shielded it from me so I could see, however I didn’t see the angel until I took the picture.

The angel, illuminated in the light, its eyes and face looking out as if it was watching over us as we move into this highly fated time of destiny. We are reclaiming our sense of FREEDOM. If you’re a member of my online community you know this all I’ve bee talking about. The energies are asking us to have courage to let go of everything that no longer fits or makes us happy.

This angels hand is draped over the edge of the cloud, its wings are at peace behind it as if it were waiting patiently for something.

Yesterday I used my “free will” to stay on the planet a little bit longer. We all have it and use it as I did, and sometimes we use it in a way that makes life more challenging.

Yesterday I left the house heading to my 9:30am nail appointment when a black cat crossed the road from the right heading left, several feet in front of me. It immediately occurred to me that this cat held an important message since it was running to the left and was not moving across the road to my right. Running to my right would be indicative of forward movement, instead the cat was crossing heading left which told me I needed to slow and be super present some type of event was coming.

Five minutes later I was on the main road, which is a single lane on both sides with a double yellow line, I had the awareness to keep calling myself back to being very present like I did when I shared with you, the story of the Deer that I was told would “run out in front of me”. It was also on this road.

Up ahead at the intersection of the main highway, there was a pick up truck sitting at the light up ahead, waiting to make the same left-hand turn I’d be making. The light turned green, the pickup truck made their left turn and as I was approaching the light and the intersection in my head, I heard “be careful, a car will be coming”. I looked at the intersection again as I was approaching my left turn and a car had stopped for the red light in both directions. It still felt off so I tapped my break and out of nowhere to my right a very old Cadillac El Dorado, super big super long, came flying through the light at probably 70 or 75 miles an hour from the same direction the black cat crossed in front of my car. If I wasn’t present I wouldn’t have tapped my break and that car would have T-boned me in some way on my passenger side. Since I had the awareness and presence to be patient and wait I missed that moment of fate with that car and that car flew past me instead. This is how “free will” is best served!

This was a great reminder for me that our universe is ALWAYS interacting with us on our behalf for our highest good. It’s up to us to pay attention to the signs / messages / messengers.

I feel I bypassed one of my souls exit points today with that car. At the rate it was going and the angle it would’ve hit me I’m positive it wouldn’t have gone well for them or myself. It felt like it had the potential to completely removed me from the earth plane. I can sit here and think back to it now with love and compassion for both the driver and myself, and use it as an opportunity to share this gentle reminder with you to operate your person from the perspective of awareness and presence in these chaotic energies. Do not allow yourself to be distracted especially driving. Had I not trained myself all of these years to be very present and receptive to incoming information from my guides, the cat, etc. I might not be here right now sharing this message with you. Please practice presence in order to stay in your highest timeline. I’m trusting myself with my own presence and am looking forward to at least 144 years here, but really, who’s counting 🤷🏼‍♀️ love you ❤️

Anyone else feeling this the last three days? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Restless, sleepless nights, feeling amped up, maybe you feel sleepy, can’t focus, forgetful, body pulsing / buzzing / beating, heart racing, achy neck / shoulders / back / spine and generally foggy. You may have moments where you feel tilted slightly like everything rotated a few degrees, not vertigo or dizzy just a sense that you feel off center.

There’s good reason! We just had a huge surge of energy reach the Earth 💥, higher light frequencies than we’ve ever experienced and there’s a good possibility it will jump again over the course of the next few days.

Our body must ascend with us, it’s doing its best to support us through so make sure you make some time to support your body in kind by resting. This is the “new human” experience.

As always if you are concerned it’s something other than ascension please seek qualified medical personnel, I am not a doctor although I AM an MD 🙃 love you! ❤️

Deeply transformative energies moving in. The first picture is how my night ended, the last picture is how it started. The deer came to call my attention outside. They got startled by a noise and ran off as I reached the front door. I walked outside and could feel the magic starting.

It was a beautiful night that felt very dramatic. I stayed outside to co-create with the frequencies. The pictures show the magic happening and then some!

It’s not surprising that today we’re in a major shift that brings with it the energy of radical change at lightening speed. What felt slow will now feel electric, fast moving.

It’s an important time. The soul wants to be heard, listened to, felt deeply. We can’t ignore it anymore. The final push to clear lingering feelings of betrayal, rejection and abandonment is here… if not NOW, when?!

The full moon on Thursday brings ancestral wounds up for release and offers us the opportunity to choose karmic closure. We are in now or never energy, fast paced, get dragged through change energy. The sky tonight tells the story. It marks the start of a new chapter of healing and transformation.

We can feel the energies building, and as they do all realities can feel like one. Yesterday I was driving, no one on the road but me. I felt myself drifting in my mind (not car) and called myself back to pure presence. As I did I heard “hands 10 & 2 a deer could run out of the woods any second”. My hands went to 10 & 2 and just as they did a deer ran out of the woods to my right and crossed the main road in front of me. This is what presence does, it helps us navigate our reality, helps us avoid a collision with an unavoidable situation like a random deer running across the road. How? My future self merged in that moment letting me know what was about to happen. All realities aligned. The deer nor I was hurt.

We are in energy that’s challenging and highly transformational. It’s our choice how we use it. Are we going softly with ease, grace and presence or are we being dragged kicking and screaming. Being present is more important than ever. I’m glad I’ve been practicing these past many years😉❤️

The levels of plasma on the Earth are higher than ever.  A meteor entered the Earths atmosphere on the 26th.  This brought with it an extended period of electromagnetic activity from the Sun that matched the frequency of our brainwaves!!  If you felt off or like your reality was different in some way it’s this higher concentrated energy that was brought through by the meteor creating that experience.  The path of the meteor created a stream effect for the plasma to reach the Earth in a more direct way.

I woke up early the 26th to let the dog and cat out and had trouble focusing my eyes. I felt like I was seeing under water. There were tiny ripples of energy everywhere I looked. There was a White Ibis on the lawn grazing for insects. I ran in to get my phone for a photo op and the picture above is the result. So much plasma in the air bird looked like it was under water. The second picture is the next day. You can see the energy already coming back into balance and form looking more like a bird.  The features are no longer distorted.  The first picture shows the true holographic nature of the outer reality (illusion).

Plasma streaming into our atmosphere in this way from the path of the meteor makes it feel like a supercharged information superhighway was created for the delivery of that cosmic information we’re receiving.  We’re all on that road together, some of us are impacted in the physical, and some us won’t feel the physical.  Instead it’ll be more of an expansion of consciousness, with minor head / third eye pressure.  You’ll notice an increase in intuition and psychic abilities.

At the end of the day there’s no escaping these energies, why would you want to especially when the name of the game is ascension.  This is where it all gets interesting as the planetary lineup creates the perfect cosmic cocktail for all things higher consciousness.  

The following weeks are setting the stage for greater awakening than we’ve experienced on a collective level so far in our lifetime.  We are all at different stages, there’s no right way to experience this so let judgment go.  Be kind, compassionate and understanding of everyone especially those expressing different opinions.  Be love, love moves mountains.  Have an amazing day, I love you ❤️

If you’re feeling like you’re being “stung” someplace on your body whether your back, foot, arm etc I have the answer. Gamma Rays! I wrote a blog in 2019 (on my website) explaining the different light frequencies. Gamma was just being felt on a planetary level. Everyone who was in tune was experiencing a light electrical current running throughout their body, mostly felt at night when we’re still or laying down to sleep since it’s usually the most quite time in our day.

When Gamma is working through us it taps the immune system which creates opportunities for F.L.U. (Frequency Light Upgrades), anxiety, heart palps and other immune issues.

It also works our nervous system. This is where the electrical shock comes from. It feels like stim, the kind a chiropractor uses to soften the muscles, and it can feel like a sting or bug bite. It’s also responsible for restless legs and sleepless nights.

Gamma is as potent as radiation used in treating cancer, which is why some may experience excess hair loss during heightened periods of Gamma.

There was a time in the very early days of ascension we would only feel the full effect of one energy at a time, now it’s a mixed bag and we’re each receiving exactly what we need. So before jumping to conclusions believing there’s a new health issue happening do a check in on a soul level and let your body tell you what’s going on. The answer may be as simple as cosmic light adjusting your light body!

If you are feeling the sensation of buzzing from inside your body while trying to sleep you are not crazy. It’s a thing!

This sensation is part of the ascension upgrade process. I’ve been feeling it since 2021 and it’s stronger with these more intense energies.

You may also notice you feel itchy all over, or tingling in one area or all over your body, or you may feel like you got stung or bit by a mosquito and there’s nothing there. We’ll talk about crystals popping in another post. In the meantime these are all part of ascension upgrades (call them symptoms if you must).

Our body is constantly shifting to the frequency Gaia is holding based on the Solar flats, storms, coronal holes and CME’s which creates an uptick in frequency on the Earth especially when the Suns activity is Earth facing. If Gaias frequency shifts up so must ours… which is where the constant state of exhaustion comes from. Is it making sense?

Our cellular structure must change in order for our higher self and lower self to merge which is Ascension. There’s a consistent need for internal reorganization within our body. Think house keeping, as if you were cleaning your house 24/7 every day. That’s what’s taking place within the molecular makeup of our physical body which originates from Gaia. It’s like the effect heat has on water. It makes it boil and we see that agitation in the bubbling effect. This is the same with respect to the molecular makeup of our body which is where our internal state of agitation, overwhelm and exhaustion comes from.

It’s a process of tuning, becoming present enough to notice these subtle shifts and occurrences in our body. If you haven’t experienced these sensations continue to practice presence so you can connect to the deepest part of yourself.
