Cookie plate with Strawberry Roses: My plate has 2 kinds of Milano Cookies but I could also see these Roses on a Fruit Tray, Cheese and Fruit Tray or even a Charcuterie Tray!
How to Make Roses Out of Strawberries:Wash and dry your fresh strawberries leaving on the green leaves.Slice downward into the lower half of your strawberry. Use the knife to flair the sliced bit out leaving it intact.Repeat in smaller slices up half way alternating between where previous slices where done.Repeat again close to the top.Trim the tip if enough does not remain to make another layer or petals.

Blue Glacier Cocktail: 1 oz White Rum or Vodka 3 oz White Cranberry Juice 1 oz Blue Curacao 1/2 oz lime juice granulated sugar for the rim Pour sugar on a saucer or plate then moisten the rim of the glass, with a simple syrup or other sticky liquid. Then turn the glass upside down and gently twist the rim in the sugar. Lightly shake to remove excess sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum (or vodka), white cranberry juice, blue curacao, and lime juice. Shake for about 20 seconds. Carefully strain the cocktail into martini glass taking care not to splash the rim. Cheers!

Winter White Cosmopolitan: Ingredients: * 1 oz vodka * 2 oz white cranberry juice * ½ oz Cointreau or triple sec * ½ oz fresh lime juice * Ice cubes * Lime wheel or fresh cranberries, for garnish Instructions: 1. Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer while you mix the drink. 2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the vodka, white cranberry juice, Cointreau and lime juice. 3. Shake well for about 20 seconds until the mixture is very cold. 4. Strain into your chilled glass. 5. Add a lime wheel for brightness or float a few fresh cranberries for a holiday touch. Cheers!

As a follow up to my Crafting with Cindi: Christmas Decorating Tips, I want to share some of the photos of my finished Christmas Tree.
This is a heavily flocked 4.5 foot tree I got on Amazon last year. To make it fit on my buffet, I zip tied all the back branches to the side branches so that the tree was flat across the backside. In the photos you can see the Ornament Clusters (featured in the linked video) along with an assortment of berry and floral picks.
