Why Is It Called āGoodā Friday?
Even in His final breath,
Jesus was praying.
Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, āFather, into your hands I commit my spirit!ā And having said this he breathed his last.
LUKE 23:46
He didnāt just dieā
He gave.
He gave us grace.
He gave us access.
He gave us a new beginning.
Thatās what makes Good Friday good.
Not the painā¦
but the purpose behind it.
