We all saw that fight. He got pieced up by Gane, was gassing in the 1st, saw a way out and then quit. Even Dana White admitted it. Doctors cleared him to fight yet he was making excuses to quit within the first ten seconds of his 5 minute recovery time. He didnt want to be in there. I've never seen a fighter do that before. Especially a champion. Usually its the fighter begging to keep going and the doctor saying no go. Very telling. Its crazy how people were hyping this dude up as the one to defeat Jon Bones Jones. I think we all know how that would play out now. Sometimes we prop ourselves up on unrealistic pedestals and God has to humble us and bring us back down to earth. I think thats exactly what occurred here.
