Taught at the Universities of Applied Sciences HKS Ottersberg and FH Kunst Arnstadt in Germany. PhD in Art Sciences University of Konstanz. Part of his research focuses on the effects of visual arts and interior design on the human psyche from a spiritual point of view. He is the author of books and articles on anthroposophical art, art therapy and design.* Reinhold was a member of the executive board of the Anthroposophical Society in Germany and is member of the Visual Art Section at the Goetheanum.

Are is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, he has also studied anthroposophical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, osteopathy and agriculture. Since 1981 he has run a private holistic practice in Sandefjord, Norway, for the healing of small animals and horses, as well as people.

Given that learning through biographical examples can be very helpful and instructive, Inessa will begin her presentation by sharing some of her personal journey with meditation and research projects. We will then delve into the crucial challenges of the present, exploring the hidden spiritual battles that underlie the material world, as understood through Anthroposophy. Drawing on the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, the presentation will address the concealed issues between materialism and spirituality, offering insights into how inner development through meditation and "cleansing" of negativity in personal biography can serve as a powerful tool for personal development in order to be able to make a practical and positive contribution to transforming the pressing concerns of our time.
Spiritual Science research represents a further advancement of personal meditative work, distinguishing itself by its systematic investigation and cognitive method of refinement. Research or contemplative inquiry extends into a diligent quest for knowledge of the higher worlds, exploring both the inner self and the external world. Through this relentless pursuit of researching, individuals are empowered to navigate modern problems and contribute meaningfully to the renewal of the world.

Participants will be invited to join in meditation exercises and small group conversations to deepen their understanding of the themes addressed during the presentation. Additionally, to overview the Spiritual Science Research course, we will conclude with a Q&A session to further explore the insights presented.

Inessa Burdich

is a Spiritual Science researcher, a therapeutic consultant and a Trustee for a Rudolf Steiner research and educational trust.
She leads courses in Anthroposophical meditation and supersensible perception.

After graduating as a physicist (Nanotechnology), she embarked on an international business career. Her first passion was chess; she was a professional chess player and chess coach for several years.
She began to work as a meditation and personal development courses leader in 1996. She gained a master’s degree in psychology (2006); an MSc a Therapeutic Education, UK (2016); and two years of psychiatry study, Germany (2022). She has been practicing meditation throughout her life from a very young age.

Her main domains of activity are:

— Spiritual Science Practical Research particularly related to anthroposophical medicine, encompasses the development and production of mistletoe-based remedies against cancer.

— Counselling organizations and individuals, including carrying out a spiritual audit of buildings and places & personal therapeutic consultancy.

— Offering and leading Spiritual Science Research talks and workshops on Anthroposophical Meditation and Supersensible perception.

— The Power of the Light of Christ – an international Christological initiative, including: Meditation for the Earth, people and all beings;

— The Gospel of John – an online study group.

— Initiative Anthroposophical Meditation – Living Connections conferences – a Goetheanum Meditation Initiative, including: conferences and video channel;

— Knowledge of the Higher Worlds in meditations and exercises – an international initiative for young people.

Andrew Linnell
is co-founder of MysTech, an organization seeking to realize Rudolf Steiner's indications on Mechanical Occultism. He retired from a 42-year career in the computer industry in 2013 wherein he had worked as CTO and VP for various companies. He is president of the Boston branch of the Anthroposophical Society and a member of the Natural Science Section. He is the father of three and the author of two children's books, three art history books, and eight MysTech study guidebooks.

We are opening a new series of PRACTICAL Workshops with Are Thoresen, dedicated exclusively to practical exercises.
The ability to read in the book of Nature is one of the tasks set by Rudolf Steiner for us 100 years ago during the Christmas Foundation Meeting. These seminars are for those who want to implement this in life.
