The timing was funny on my Red Tornado Redistribution Module upload with it released today. Looking back at the commentary, I certainly didn't need to be as sensational in my claims. The artifact is not OP, but it is strong and I still feel that it needed some drawback to the multiple effects, but those are my own opinions; same with EOG or any other art i've talked about on this channel. The art doesn't need to be used as battle tanking and just be used just the same as a normal tank would. There is no go-to 3 tank art setup in this game. Manacles is really the only must have and from there it will depend on the raid itself between mystic, everyman, laz, eog, refractor etc. Red Tornado can easily slot into a main tank artifact.

I will always bring up "must have" artifacts because I know that we most likely will never have 2x art xp ever again so the leveling of new arts 0-200 is not as simple and quick as it could be before. That has to be weighed into the conversation again if new artifacts are strong to the point where paying the $200 etc to level them day 1 presents advantages over players that would level them normally. Or at least that is how I feel about the artifact system now after the XP/Sale changes and that we still have 45 plus artifacts for new to DCUO players or returning players to worry about.

General question. With the new Artifact/Ally Reviews I want to wait until they are actually properly working or most updated before I release a video as it can and most likely will be very different from Day 1 on test server to end of test. Do you want the review right away? showing it not working as intended or wait until its in a good spot? Please let me know.
