I just read the Telegraph’s predictably glowing piece on Harry and Meghan, and it hit every expected note, romanticising their short stint as working royals, downplaying the scale and impact of their public attacks on the family, and drifting into a soft-focus nostalgia for “happy chappy Harry” and his radiant wife. It reads less like journalism and more like coordinated image rehabilitation.
This is a campaign; I feel sure the decision has already been made.
A few of you have reached out asking if there’s a way to support the channel with a small membership, and I’m genuinely touched that you value the research and hours that go into the work. I’ve sat with the idea for a few months because I never want anyone to feel locked out or pressured to pay.
So I’ve decided to follow Lauren The Insider’s very honest approach: members don’t get anything extra, but if someone wants to support the channel in that way, they can. All content stays open to everyone; that’s always been my aim.
Nothing is changing, nothing goes behind a paywall, and every form of support is appreciated.

Congratulatory messages in faux calligraphy are always a balm, especially when you’re juggling life‑altering injuries. So thoughtful of the wannabe Royals to sweep through for their curated moment of “concern,” all soft smiles and wrinkled pants, before disappearing back into the Melodramacito mist. Next.
