Time to bring back Baaki Samachar? What do you think?

Baaki Samachar has been one of the best things I have produced in all these years. Not only because I get to write, perform, and deliver many many quality jokes to you every week. But also because I get to work with brilliant comedy writers in the process of building this show.
The want to bring back Baaki Samachar has always been a constant itch that I have not been able to scratch for a while. Mostly because - MONEY!
This is a show that wouldnt be possible without a lot of effort from many many talented and creative individuals - from writers to producers to editors to graphic designers. And the reason I havent found the courage to restart it is because I would really want to pay these talented folks for the work that they put.

This time, I have found the courage and decided to put my own money in producing this show. There is a lot of work to do, and I am still collecting resources, building team, and gathering courage.

**Back On Stage**

How's it going everybody?
I hope you had a good Dashain (as good as it can be given the circumstances)

For one whole month, I had been feeling quite uneasy and anxious to go on stage, write anything, or even think about comedy. As a society, we went through a series of trauma and tragedies. We went through a time of anxieties and uncertainties; confusion and suspicion.
I think we all needed to take a break to be with our families, away from our screens, and in the real world between the sky and the grass. I know I did.
Last night, I went on stage at Happy Club after one whole month with anxiety and shaken confidence. But you guys showed up at the audience with empathy, honesty, and kindness. It felt like a group therapy session where we all achieved some catharsis. And I thank you for it.
I came out of the show with hope and optimism for the future; believing that all of us will be okay.

I'll be writing more, performing more, seeing more of you in the audience.

As we slowly go back to our normal ways, I hope that we do our duties and countrymen remembering and honoring the fallen.

Hello Everyone.
Yo week sabai jana ko lagi nai anautho thiyo. Nobody has been through anything like this ever before. I am pretty sure hami sabai jana process gardai chhau yo sab kura lai.

We lost precious lives. We created history. We started change. And ajhai dherai kaam baki nai chha.
I am very certain ki hami sabai aafno civic responsibility uthauna lai ready chhau.

Tetti bhanda bhandai ni, I wanted to write this message to remind everyone to take care of themselves. Mental health is important. Hami sabai afnai afnai trauma process gardai chhau. And I'm sure we all are going through feelings of anxiety, melancholy, and panic.

Please feel free to write how you are feeling in the comments. Treat it like a safe-space and a support-group where you can share your anxieties and worries, and we can all process it together.

New Stand Up Comedy Performance on "SOCIAL MEDIA BAN"

I dont know how many of you are actually online. I have seen significant drop in viewership since the ban.
I have been an avid advocate of Free Speech, Freedom of Expression, and spoke against Government Censorship from the beginning. We have come to a point where they're making the final push, and its our turn to shove.
I'll keep saying what I have to say. And I'll also be out there, on the street, whenever there is need.
