On this channel I share how to think with data through practical analysis and real-world scenarios.
This isn’t just about technical tools — it’s about bridging the gap between data and real insights.
If you want to break into data or grow in your career, you’re in the right place.
Now, let’s talk data!

To Stay Consistent, Be Accountable. Walk with me👇🏼
The other day, while scrolling through TikTok, I came across a video that hit differently. The creator said, “To stay consistent, you have to be accountable to someone.” That stopped me in my tracks.
We all talk about how important consistency is (yes, I’ve said it too—LOL), but we often miss the most important thing—Accountability
📌 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡: consistency is hard. It’s more than just words. Breaking your streak feels awful, and many times, it’s not about laziness—it’s about structure.
When I started my data analytics journey, I created a roadmap to learn within a specific time frame. But I knew having a plan wasn’t enough. So, I started posting my weekly progress on LinkedIn. At first, I thought, “Who’s even going to care?” But then I noticed people engaging, sharing how my posts helped them. That’s when it clicked—I wasn’t just holding myself accountable anymore; I was accountable to everyone waiting for my updates.
Accountability works because it keeps you going, even when you don’t feel like it.
2 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨:
1️⃣ Those Who Look Up to You
These are people who learn from you—beginners, mentees, or your audience. They rely on your consistency to stay motivated. Imagine this: if you stop, they might stop too. Your consistency inspires them, and that responsibility can be a powerful motivator.
2️⃣ Those You Look Up To—Your mentors, role models, or even potential employers.
These are people you admire, whose guidance or attention you want. Consistently showing up not only gets you noticed but shows your commitment and passion. When they see your effort, they’re more likely to offer support or open doors to new opportunities.
Directly or indirectly, accountability keeps you focused, even on the hardest days. Find your people, and let them be the reason you keep showing up.
So, who’s holding you accountable?

Hey there, can I have your attention? Okay Yes! 😉
Data analysis isn’t a skill reserved for people with “Data Analyst” in their job title. It’s becoming a must-have for professionals in all sorts of roles, and here’s how different people are using data to make smarter decisions:
💼 Marketers: Ever wonder how they know which ads are working? They dig into data from tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, social media performance, and optimize their campaigns to get the best results.
👩💼 HR professionals: Tracking employee satisfaction, performance, and predicting future hiring needs all rely on data. By using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools, they can create reports that help companies make better decisions about their workforce.
💰 Sales teams: Data from CRM systems helps salespeople forecast trends, identify key prospects, and figure out what strategies work best to close deals faster. It’s all about knowing where to focus for better results.
⚕️ Healthcare workers: Doctors and nurses use data to spot patterns in disease outbreaks, or even manage hospital resources more efficiently. It helps them provide better care by making informed decisions.
My friends, no matter what industry you’re in, knowing how to work with data is becoming essential. You don’t have to be a data expert, but being able to understand and use data to make decisions can make a huge difference in your career.
So, don’t think of data analysis as something “for other people”, it’s a skill we can all benefit from!
