Free Flow with Kaity

I’m trying something new this week, and I think you’re going to love it. I’ll be releasing two Free Flows to support you around the same theme.

🌀 Day 1 is a Full Free Flow: a deeper release practice to help you work through the emotional layers of negative thinking and constant worst-case-scenario spirals.

✨ Day 2 is a Daily Free Flow: a shorter version with just the affirmation tapping and stretching, so you can use it on a regular basis (think: 7–14 days in a row) to rewire your mindset and reinforce the shift.

This week’s focus is on that inner pattern of always expecting the worst. If that sounds like you, it’s time to interrupt that loop and train your brain to see what’s actually going right.

Let’s turn the inner pessimist into a grounded, empowered optimist. It’s possible and it starts with practice.

Today: Negative thinking Loop? Break it
Tomorrow: Train your brain to see the good.
