Just wanted to give you guys a small life update. I recently moved to a new country to pursue my Master’s degree, so I might be a little slower and less active with posting for a while as I adjust to a new environment, new schedule, and a new chapter of life.

But don’t worry...The Playbook Diary is still ongoing.

💰 Billionaire Diaries, ☕ Tea Time and 💅 Smart Girl Era will all continue, just at a slightly slower pace for now.

I’m also taking this time to learn, grow, and improve my storytelling and content creation so I can come back with even better and higher quality content for you guys.

I’ll still post from time to time, maybe experiment with some random content too, and I’ll probably upload more during semester breaks.

This channel first gained attention through stories in Sarawak, then grew into Malaysia, across Asia (yes… Labubu 🧸), and now we’re heading to the U.S. 🇺🇸 Because power, ambition, and influence don’t stay in one place… and neither should our stories. (Don’t worry, we’ll visit 🇲🇾 again very soon 😏)

This episode dives into Alexandr Wang — the MIT dropout who became America’s youngest self-made billionaire at 24, built the data behind today’s AI boom, and now sits right at the center of Silicon Valley’s biggest power plays.

It’s not just tech.

💌 Hey besties, sorry for the long wait. I kinda hibernated for 2.5 months because life has been…chaotic 😵‍💫💖 But your girl is back, and today’s episode is a little different from my usual deep-dive storytelling.

I just had to talk about the LABUBU phenomenon. 🧸⚡✨

Not gonna lie...shifting from Sarawak/Malaysia stories to something more Asia-wide felt a bit scary 😅

But the more I learn, the more I feel that good stories shouldn’t be limited by region. And LABUBU’s playbook? It’s too wild and too fun not to talk about.

Don’t worry though, I haven’t forgotten our Malaysian gems! I’m actually working on something big (and nostalgic hehe), it just needs a little more time to perfect. 💕✨

This LABUBU episode was such a joy to make: from celebrities turning it into a flex, to the psychology behind blind boxes, to how POP MART built a $40B empire out of emotional value.

Honestly…who knew a tiny “ugly-cute” monster could teach us SO much? 😭💛

I still can’t believe we just hit 1,000 subscribers! 🥹💖
From 288 subs before my “Sarawak Economy” episode on Sarawak Day — not even 3 weeks ago — to this milestone today… that one video completely changed the game for this channel. And it wouldn’t have happened without you (yes, you, bestie 💌) for embracing my little corner of dramatic, girly-but-smart storytelling. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea… and that’s totally okay.

“Economics” — or more like what the government is doing for Sarawak 👀 — isn’t exactly the easiest topic to make binge-worthy. But I took it as a challenge: make it simple, engaging, and maybe even a little fun to watch.

I spent 100+ hours on that video, and every second was worth it because of your support. 💛

You really never know where a random passion-fun project could take you. 😌
