Hey all, just wanted to check in and say a couple things!

First and foremost, thank you for your continued support of this channel. It makes me happy to see so much continued activity, and though I don't interact as much, I still read comments as they come in every day. (I have notifications on!)

I became employed full-time last year, and as a direct consequence I've found myself with a lot less free time. I've had to adjust my priorities accordingly, and that's meant less activity on this channel. You might ask, what does that mean for me? Aren't you done extending the OST?

Well, yes, but maintaining a channel takes time for other reasons. First off, moderation. This channel, and especially certain videos, have been a sort of safe space for a lot of commenters to get some personal and often heavy burdens off their chests. I do my best to make sure that commenters do not endanger themselves by sharing identifiable information, and also that they are not harassed in the replies afterward. This is not easy: I receive notifications for all original comments, but there is no convenient way for me to check replies other than manually clicking on videos and scrolling... which I used to do, but don't really have the time for anymore. So please: treat each other with respect, and help me out! If you feel there is an issue in a comment section that needs to be addressed, please either mention (@) me so I can see it, or communicate it to me privately if necessary (@Cougy on Twitter; cougycougs@gmail.com). I appreciate the way that my channel comments have been used, and I wish moderation was a responsibility I could properly fulfill by myself.

Additionally, I have historically been accepting requests for custom extensions, including modified loops, alternate video durations, custom audio, etc. I have left several people hanging at this point, for which I apologize. I will try to get back to their requests eventually, but in general, please consider requests to be more like a wish list at this point. What I could previously output in a short amount of time now takes multiple days' worth of free time for me, which, as much as I appreciate you all, is hard to justify. So I appreciate your patience and understanding, but I may not be able to fulfill these kinds of requests moving forward. (Feel free to keep making them, though! You never know.)

Anyway, that's all. Thank you for reading, I hope you're all doing well, and may the sun shine ever brighter in your hearts.

Happy Console Release Day!!!

It's been a year and a half since OMORI released on Steam now and since many of us experienced it for the first time, and I am very excited for an even wider audience to dive headfirst into the story that has touched us all. So to all the new players that might find this channel: welcome!!

Insanely important reminder to the new folk: if you have not beaten the game yet, PLEASE do not read the comments on these extensions. I have not filtered any spoilers, and they are everywhere.

Now to the main point: the global console release includes a content update that, as of now, has not made its way to Steam. Part of the content was shown in a trailer, and it's widely speculated that it is hikiko-exclusive. At the moment I only have the Steam version so I cannot test it for myself, but if anyone comes across any new music that was added, please let me know! Seeing as though one of the trailers used a new version of "A Home for Flowers," I'm assuming there might be a few new tracks.

If you find anything like that, feel free to let me know where it is in game either in the comments here (preferably with as few direct spoilers as possible) or on Twitter (@Cougy). No timeline, but if there is new OST content I will do my best to extend it as quickly as possible.

That's all for now. Enjoy your weekend and thank you as always for the support!
