Hi all it's been awhile. you may have noticed but I have closed my patreon and have stopped taking song requests because I discovered it actually stresses me out alot when I'm paid or expected to sing.
(with the exception of ad revenue)
(drawing is a different story I love commission work since drawing to me is classified as work)
But singing is something personal to me and is a hobby (and I really don't want it to be a job EVER) I feel like if i'm going to sing I want to do it because I enjoy it and not because someone told me to or whatever. I want to share what I love with others not for status or money but just because.
Anyway the reason for my leave was because
1. I needed time to work on my career and personal relationships
2. Because I had burnt myself out. at some point I stopped thinking of whether I enjoyed it or not and just did it because I felt I had to. Also in all honesty I was relying way to heavily on you (my lovely viewers) to keep my self worth up (which is extremely unhealthy in the long term).
So here I am after taking a step back. I have a healthy social life and I am in a health relationship. My career and art skills still aren't amazing but isn't stagnant. I am still a working progress but
I think I am in a place where I am ready to return to youtube to sing.
I can't guarantee i'll post every week or every month but I will do my best to be active.
