How would you lot feel about some more videos like last night? I feel like a lot of smaller mods have sorta passed me by because I don’t want to do a full playthrough
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who reached out after last night's Infernum video to wish me luck! The feedback on the video was super valuable too. It seems like people are down for the faster editing, but you'd also like some stories and tales in there too. I think once this first project is wrapped up, I'll see what I can do about that!
The plan now is to work on the second chunk which will cover Cryogen to Moonlord, It took me around a week (maybe more) to make the first part, so hopefully it'll be about that for the second part too! After that, I'll share more plans about where I want to take the channel!
Good morning couch gang! I wanted to give you all a heads up that I'll actually be returning to the channel/posting later today! This first video will actually be somewhat of a reboot to how we do things on the channel moving forward (maybe)
It's still let's play content but I've abandoned the daily format and instead I'll be breaking series into multiple chunks that might be released a week or two apart. I think this new approach will be healthier for me and also more satisfying for you lot at home! I'm not 100% on the new style, and I might tweak it based on feedback but I can't wait for you lot to see it! Today's video will NOT be the mod of redemption, but instead I'll be returning to a Chippy'sCouch project I know a LOT of you wanted to see again. !!
I was walking past my old flat earlier when it clicked that it's been 8 years since I uploaded my first Terraria video to ChippysCouch! The first series, 8 years ago, was a wonderful escape from the bleakness that is January in the UK. I have the fondest of memories from that time, watching the creases form on the couch and building something from nothing. I didn't even own a couch in January 2017... I couldn't afford one lmfao.
I still haven't figured out exactly what to do with the channel/what it is following my big break in 2021. I do fear the era of YouTube I belonged to has since passed truthfully. It's hard for me to keep my focus on one project (a let's play) for an extended period of time these days, I can't even explain why. I don't know if it's age, passion or long term burn out. I'll post a video and then 3 months go by before it enters my brain again.
I just wanted to log in though and let you all know how much I've appreciated the support over the years. This channel means as much to me as it does to you lot!
If I can figure things out I'll be back, until then stay safe, wash your hands and remember to keep a close eye on your washing machine.
