Samantha Zabner | Living in Contrast

I’m not here to teach you how to be perfect.
I’m here to share what it looks like to keep showing up—in the in-between.

This space is part art, part voice, part memory, part movement.
It’s messy and quiet and honest. It’s where I come to breathe out what doesn’t have a place anywhere else.

You’ll find voiceovers about grief, nervous system healing, self-trust, trauma recovery, love, boundaries, burnout, and everything we usually hide.
You’ll see paint and paper.
You’ll hear stories that crack open.
You'll witness real life.

There’s no formula here—just contrast, spoken aloud.

If you’re unraveling and rebuilding all at once, you belong here.

With contrast,
Sami

Samantha Zabner | Living in Contrast

Some days I feel like I’m holding sunlight in one hand
and grief in the other.

Laughing while I’m hurting.
Healing while I’m still breaking.
Grateful and exhausted.
Present and overwhelmed.
All of it. At once.

That’s the part no one really prepares you for—
how both things can be true.
How you can love your life
and still feel like you’re unraveling inside it.

But maybe that’s not a contradiction.
Maybe that’s just being human.

If you're in the thick of contrast right now,
I see you.
And you're not alone in it.
