I'm Back! 🎉

I am finally back from my 1 month initiation in India!
My Goddess, I cannot tell you how happy I am to be home. How much I missed you all. And how good it feels to be back together again with Clelia 💞
It was intense.
This initiation pushed me to my limits multiple times; physically, energetically and emotionally.
There were times when I wanted to give up, times when my ego was screaming for me to run away and times where the energy was so intense that I wasn't sure if it was beneficial or destructive.
But through it all there was faith. A trust in the Universe that even if I don't agree with everything we're doing - even if my rational mind thinks it's all completely crazy - that the Universe has guided me here for a reason. And in the end, I'm glad that I did it and I am grateful for the experience to step out of my comfort zone and into an opportunity for growth.
I am still integrating.
I'm not quite sure how I will frame the entire experience, once it's all settled. So I don't yet want to share too much about it, while I'm still processing.
More details will come when the time is right 😘

I definitely want to share some taste of this experience with you, because this style of practice is a very nice addition to the repertoire of teachings that I have received.
Basically there are two modes of practice in this lineage: Asana & Kriya
Both of them center around the use of Mantra. Specifically the mantra for the petals of the Chakras. In this way it becomes a very unique form of practice, targeting specific Nadis and energetic clusters.

It's 7 in the morning here in Bangkok and I am just in the taxi on my way to the airport, to fly India, where I will spend the next month going through a Traditional Tantra Initiation.
I'm super nervous, excited, sad, happy and optimistic all at the same time 🥳🥵🤣😬😅
While I am involved in this process, I may take a little longer than usual to respond to all your questions and comments - Clelia will be taking good care of you!
We have a bunch of really powerful classes coming out this month for Vishuddha Chakra, the group for Mastering the Art of Manifestation looks amazing - super excited for you all! And I will do my best to update you about the process I am going through.

🌕 Full Moon in Cancer | January 3, 2026 🌕
As we settle into the first days of 2026, a beautiful celestial moment arrives, the Full Moon in Cancer on January 3. This isn’t just the year’s first Full Moon; it’s a powerful invitation to come home to yourself after the intensity and acceleration of the holiday season.
Cancer is the Moon’s own sign, tender, intuitive, and deeply connected to emotional nourishment, inner life, and a sense of belonging. Under this lunation, feelings that have been behind the surface all month can rise up to be seen, acknowledged, and finally honored.
This Full Moon asks us to pause. Not to rush. Not to perform. Simply to breathe and feel.
After the blur of gatherings, obligations, and transitions, this moment offers a gentle gateway back into your own heart and rhythm.
The energy of Cancer invites us to:
- Slow down and reflect on what really matters.
- Notice emotional truths that might have been ignored or pushed aside.
- Create space for inner stillness, allowing the quiet to speak before the year’s noise picks up again.
- Celebrate the silence the fertile pause where intuition grows and clarity is born.
This lunation isn’t about flinging yourself into resolutions or achievements; it’s about coming back to self, to tender awareness, to belonging, to the roots that keep us steady. It’s a reminder that the most radical thing we can do at the start of a year is simply be present with who we are right now.
So let’s take a collective breath together under the moonlight. Let’s lean into stillness. And let’s gently honor whatever arises within us, without judgment, without haste.

What does it mean to raise your vibration?
You start to operate at a higher level, meaning that your system is more pure, the mind is less distracted, you become more resilient and start behaving in a way that is more inline with your Truth, with that which will bring you genuine satisfaction and purpose.
These activities that you have mentioned - cannabis/drug use, masturbation, also things like hyperpalatable foods, social media, etc. - are pretty much universally used as means of escape. Quick dopamine hits to make us feel "better" when we're low. The problem is they most often leave us feeling lower than we were prior to their consumption.
We most often tend towards these quick, instantly gratifying actions when we are lower in motivation, stressed, tired, emotional, etc. (Low Vibration)
And we are naturally more compelled to seek out things which bring delayed, but more long term gratification when we are feeling good, confident, vital, optimistic, etc. (High Vibration)
So why does practicing Yoga naturally incline us towards the more healthy options?
Because we are working holistically to purify our entire being. We stimulate the digestive system and boost the metabolism, which helps to burn away heaviness and rid the body of toxins. We strengthen the nervous system which makes us more resilient to stress and increases the amount of energy we are able to contain and "work" we are able to do.
We also develop a greater awareness of the mind's tendencies, so we are able to notice when distractions or habits are arising and can consciously choose to rewire our neuronal pathways.
There is also a whole range of hormones, proteins and other beneficial chemicals that are synthesized and secreted during the practice, which help us to feel more mentally clear, increase neuroplasticity, become more sensitive to dopamine - so we feel more pleasure with lower stimulus - and much more than can reasonably be covered in a single message.
Sickness is one of the primary obstacles (antarāyas or hindrances), mentioned in the Yoga Sutra, that holds one back from practice and progress. Along with apathy, laziness, doubt, negligence, indulgence, and delusion.
I'm sure you can see how any of these are leading to a "low vibration" and/or a low vibration can make it easier for us to fall into the traps of these obstacles. So yes, it's totally normal that when you feel unwell you will be pulled towards things like masturbation and cannabis use - even if you know this is a poor use of energy while the immune system is fighting to heal you.
This is where constantly working on your Self through practice, meditation, etc. helps. Because the more you experience high vibrations, the more you re-write mental patterns and habits. Eventually, even in lower states, you will have created such different patterns that instead of masturbating maybe you would prefer to take a hot bath, and instead of cannabis, maybe you will do some breathwork.
Once you reach this point, your default in moments of lowness will be to seek out the things that will lift you up again, instead of things that will keep pulling you down.
