It’s time to take a risk…
Over the last few years, Refeel Yoga has become so much more than I ever imagined. Together we’ve explored yoga, breathwork, meditation, and practices that have genuinely changed my life. I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you who’s been part of that journey. ❤️
But there’s another side of me that I’ve wanted to share for a long time.
Not just yoga classes, but the ideas that inspire them.
The books I’m reading.
The questions I’m wrestling with.
The insights that have shaped my life.
Traditional spirituality, modern thinkers, philosophy, psychology, and the conversations that help us understand ourselves a little more deeply.
To be honest… it feels a little vulnerable.
Starting from zero again is scary. Sharing more of my thoughts feels more personal than teaching a yoga class. But I also know that growth usually lives just on the other side of discomfort.
So… I’m doing it.
I’ve just launched a brand new YouTube channel:
Andrew Hall — @ForTheLoveOfInsight
There aren’t even any videos there yet.
My hope is simply to build a small community of curious people who love learning, questioning, and growing together.
If Refeel Yoga has brought something meaningful to your life, and you’d like to continue exploring with me beyond the mat, it would mean the world to me if you subscribed before the first video goes live.
Thank you for believing in me, and for making this next chapter possible.
I can’t wait to share it with you 🙏💞

Have you ever come back from a vacation feeling like nothing actually changed?
Most holidays help you escape your life for a week.
Inner Alchemy is designed to help you reconnect with it.
For seven days, you step away from the noise, the deadlines, the notifications, and the endless demands of everyday life.
You slow down.
You breathe.
You begin to see yourself more clearly.
Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, somatic practices, nature, and meaningful conversations, something starts to shift.
Not because you become someone new.
But because you remember who you are beneath the noise.

The mindset in difficult times…
Lately my health hasn’t been at its best, and I’ve noticed how deeply our physical state can affect our mind and emotions.
And this make me realized how powerful the mind is. When I’m feeling good, my thoughts inspire creativity and new ideas. When I’m struggling, the same mind can become a vortex of fear and negativity. Yet every time I manage to shift my perspective, even just a little, it almost feels like a miracle.
What helps me the most is:
✨ Staying connected with people who genuinely love and support me.
✨ Asking for professional help when I need it.
✨ And, above all, having faith that every season passes.
I’m still learning, still practicing, and still growing.
What helps you stay grounded when life gets difficult?
I’d love to hear your experience. 🙏❤️

“For the first time in years, I gave myself permission to put myself first.”
This was one of the things Lisa shared with us after attending Inner Alchemy.
Like many people, she arrived carrying responsibilities, expectations, and the many roles we all play in daily life. For one week, she stepped away from all of that and gave herself the space to simply be.
Together, we journeyed through the chakras, exploring different layers of ourselves each day. There were moments of joy, moments of discomfort, and powerful insights along the way.
What touched us most about Lisa’s reflection was not what she learned, but what she experienced.
The opportunity to slow down.
The opportunity to listen.
The opportunity to reconnect with herself without the constant demands of everyday life.
In her words:
“This retreat has been truly life-changing for me.”
“This retreat has been a gift, one that I will carry with me always.”
As facilitators, there is no greater privilege than witnessing someone create that kind of transformation in their own life.
Perhaps this is the year you give yourself that same gift.

I went to Bali looking for spiritual growth.
Instead, I ended up in the hospital, missed my flight home, and questioned why I had even gone in the first place.
Looking back now, it was exactly what I needed.
I was there for an in-person retreat as part of my year-long training on the Mahavidyas, the Ten Wisdom Goddesses of the Tantric tradition.
Before leaving, I spent a month in sadhana with Bagalamukhi, working with the intention of letting go of the doubts, fears, and repetitive patterns that sometimes keep me stuck.
What I didn’t expect was how challenging the journey would be.
I arrived in Bali with a severe iron deficiency that left me exhausted. Then came a series of unexpected difficulties, and on the way home I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning and missed my flight back.
At the time, it felt like everything was going wrong.
Now I see it differently.
Sometimes transformation doesn’t arrive through comfort. Sometimes it asks us to slow down, surrender, and release what we have been carrying for too long.
When I returned home, something had shifted. The doubts were quieter. I felt clearer, lighter, and more connected to myself.
Experiences like this remind me why retreats, pilgrimages, and rites of passage have existed throughout history.
Sometimes we need to step away from our normal environment to see ourselves more clearly.
Not because we need to escape our lives, but because sometimes we need enough distance to return to them with fresh eyes.
This is exactly the experience Andrew and I hope to create through Inner Alchemy.
Only 4 places remain.

When it comes to emotions, many of us do one of two things: react impulsively or suppress what we feel.
But there’s a third option: observe.
Every emotion carries information. Anger may point to a violated boundary. Sadness may reveal a loss. Fear may highlight uncertainty. Emotions are not the enemy, they are messengers.
When we stop fighting our emotions and start listening to them, we create space for understanding, healing, and conscious action.
The goal isn’t to get rid of emotions. The goal is to build a healthier relationship with them.
✨ Which emotion do you find most difficult to sit with without reacting or suppressing it?

Last night, we hosted a workshop and really enjoyed the connections we created with the people who attended. The experience led me to a strong observation: we are more used to looking at a phone than looking at another human being.
During the workshop, there was a simple exercise: gaze into the eyes of a stranger for one minute. While most people enjoyed it, for some it was very difficult. The embarrassment, the vulnerability, and even the fear became almost unbearable.
It made me think about how often, when I step into an elevator and meet someone, and almost automatically their eyes move somewhere else. The same happens on the metro or while walking down the street. The possibility of being seen, and of truly connecting with someone, seems to have become something unusual, or at least uncomfortable in some cultures.
Then came a second observation. Everywhere around us, people are looking at their phones. In cafés, on public transport, in waiting rooms, in elevators, even sitting across from each other.
And it struck me that today it feels more normal to look at a phone than to look another human being in the eyes. 🤯
Yet, if there is one thing most of us deeply long for, it is connection. 💖
So what do you think?
Have we become less comfortable being seen?
Or is this the new normal?
