Working on giving my free Customer Journey Playbook a major glam-up ✨ and…
1. Tailoring all of the playbook questions back — there are ~6 questions per section, and 7 sections — to 2-3 best questions. Then creating an low-ticket upsell to unlock the full workbook + a couple templates.
2. Creating a companion video for every question, like a video series. So if you’re stuck on how to answer something, the video will be a guide.
