# 🎬 WhisperSMP Skit: “The Nether Covenant”

**Scene 1 – Entering the Nether**

*A portal hums open. Purple light flickers behind you as you step into the Nether. The air is thick, lava glows in the distance.*

You: “Stick close. This place is different today…”
Player 2: “Feels… too quiet.”

*Footsteps echo somewhere far off… but not yours.*

**Scene 2 – The First Sign**

*A ruined basalt bridge stretches across a lava sea. A dropped item lies on the ground.*

Player 2: “Wait… that’s fresh loot.”

You: “No player around though… that’s not normal.”

*The camera slowly pans upward.*

A faint chanting sound begins.

**Scene 3 – The Ritual**

*Behind a pillar of blackstone, shadows move.*

It’s them.

**Nexx and Ducky.**

A trapped player is held in the center of a crimson-lit circle. Strange particles swirl upward.

Ducky: “Hold still… it only hurts for a moment.”
Nexx: “Power requires sacrifice.”

Player (struggling): “No—WAIT—”

*A burst of light. Silence.*

*Where the player stood… a glowing object forms.*

A **Totem of Undying**.

**Scene 4 – Discovery**

You (whispering): “They’re converting life into items…”
Player 2: “That’s not normal crafting… that’s something else.”

Nexx slowly turns.

Nexx: “We have visitors.”

Ducky: “Uninvited ones.”

*The totem pulses in Nexx’s hand.*

**Scene 5 – The Hunt Begins**

You: “RUN.”

*Instant panic. The Nether erupts into chaos.*

Ghasts scream overhead. Lava splashes as you sprint across broken terrain.

Behind you, footsteps echo faster… closer.

Ducky: “They saw too much.”
Nexx: “Don’t let them leave.”

**Scene 6 – Narrow Escape**

*A collapsing bridge. Lava rising. You barely make the jump.*

Player 2 falls slightly behind—

You grab them just in time.

You: “MOVE—NOW!”

*Fireballs explode behind you, lighting the Nether in red and gold.*

The portal appears ahead.

**Scene 7 – Exit**

*You dive through the portal as a final blast hits behind you.*

You land back in the Overworld, breathing hard.

Player 2: “Did that really just happen?”
You: “Yeah… and they know who we are now.”

*The portal flickers violently… then goes still.*

**Final Scene – Ominous Ending**

*Deep in the Nether, Nexx holds the new totem.*

Ducky: “They escaped.”
Nexx: “Good. Let them warn the others.”

*They both look into the distance.*

Ducky: “This changes everything.”

*Nexx: “No… this is only the beginning.”*

[Scene: Middle Of The Ocean]

Dark clouds roll overhead as two boats drift across endless waters. Waves crash while WhispersOfLore and Physical Salt stare toward the distant horizon.

[Narrator]
With two maps in hand and the legendary mace somewhere ahead…
WhispersOfLore and Physical Salt continue east across the oceans of WhisperSMP.

But the journey is taking longer than expected.

[Physical Salt – rowing slowly]
“At this rate wcxzq’s gonna find the mace before we even reach the mountains.”

[WhispersOfLore]
“There’s gotta be a faster way.”

Physical Salt suddenly looks up.

[Physical Salt]
“MandoMachine.”

[WhispersOfLore]
“The nether traveler?”

[Physical Salt – nodding]
“If anyone’s got gear for crossing the nether safely… it’s him.”

[Scene: MandoMachine’s Outpost]

The boats pull into a rugged dock beside a strange redstone-powered base built into the cliffs.

Smoke rises from chimneys. Piglin heads hang above the entrance.

[Narrator]
Hidden between oceans and lava routes sits the outpost of MandoMachine…
a traveler known for surviving places most players never return from.

The iron doors creak open.

[MandoMachine]
“Well well… WhispersOfLore and Physical Salt. Either you boys are lost… or chasing trouble.”

[WhispersOfLore]
“We need to reach the eastern valley fast.”

[Physical Salt]
“And preferably alive.”

MandoMachine laughs and opens a chest full of enchanted gear.

[MandoMachine]
“You’ll want these.”

He tosses each of them enchanted boots.

[MandoMachine]
“Soul Speed. Nether roads are dangerous enough already.”

[Scene: Entering The Nether]

The portal ignites.

WHOOSH.

Purple light fills the room as the trio steps into the portal.

[Scene: The Nether]

They emerge into a massive crimson forest surrounded by lava oceans and distant ghast screams.

[Narrator]
One block in the nether equals many in the overworld…
Travelers willing to risk the flames can cross the server faster than anyone else.

But the nether always demands a price.

[Physical Salt]
“Stay close.”

A loud SCREECH echoes.

[WhispersOfLore]
“Ghast!”

Fireballs explode against nearby netherrack as the group sprints across soul sand valleys.

[Action Scene]

A magma cube leaps from the darkness while piglins begin chasing them across a narrow bridge.

[Physical Salt]
“MOVE MOVE MOVE!”

WhispersOfLore deflects a ghast fireball while MandoMachine fights piglins behind them.

[MandoMachine]
“GO! I’ll hold them back!”

The bridge begins collapsing from explosions.

[WhispersOfLore]
“The portal’s ahead!”

The group races through lava-lit tunnels as angry hoglins charge from the shadows.

[Final Scene: The Portal]

A lone portal glows at the end of an ancient blackstone pathway.

[Physical Salt – exhausted]
“Please tell me this is the right one…”

[WhispersOfLore]
“Only one way to find out.”

They jump through the portal.

WHOOSH.

[Scene: Arrival]

The purple portal fades… revealing a quiet village surrounded by mountains.

Wind blows softly through the valley.

[Narrator]
Beyond the oceans… beyond the flames of the nether…
they have finally arrived.

And somewhere nearby…
wcxzq waits.
