Quality should never be a compromise.

Purchased Arabian Dates expecting premium quality, but unfortunately received a mix of crushed, broken, and visibly low-grade dates inside the pack. This is not what consumers expect when they trust a brand and pay for “premium quality.”
Food products are directly linked to health, trust, and brand credibility. One bad experience can be enough to lose a loyal customer.
I hope the brand takes quality control seriously and ensures better packaging and inspection in the future.
