This program ($25) is all about building the top SHELF of the glutes (MEDIUS) while still sculpting the full glute (GLUTE MAX).
We will also incorporate waist snatching workouts into each workout which will work on tying in that inner corset (transversus abdominis) that we all have so that the waist can be snatched all the way around!
