One of the most common things I do for customers, is to add new life and functionality to an old sagging gate that drags on the ground, doesn't properly latch, and/or takes 2 hands and a little muscle to even get open or closed.



I do this by adding new rail segments or 'scab' rails, and attaching the hinges to these new, stronger segments.

Ever wanted to refresh your tired old fence? In this video, I power wash the faded, peeling water based stain that had been applied a few years ago, let it dry for 2 days, then returned to stain it with a dark walnut oil-based penetrating stain.
