​Collaborating closely with senior management on over 30 diverse tender activities was a crucible that forged my multi-disciplinary expertise.
​Working continuously on varied projects—from RO Plants and Auditoriums to Pipeline Works, Roads, and Bridge Construction—provided the foundational knowledge I needed. This diverse exposure directly led to the creation of my "3-Part Tender Solution," which was a major turning point after it was adopted by my senior team.
​Post-Tender Value: Handling the billing for the Salalah Port project was a massive hands-on experience, teaching me crucial lessons in post-contract management.
​Creating Business Value: My contribution wasn't limited to QS work. Designing the company’s logo and assisting with Plant Design gave me immense satisfaction and boosted my confidence, proving I could add value beyond the traditional scope.
