Hey everyone!
I'm so excited to dip my toes into the world of gardening. I'm brand new to all of this, but I'm eager to learn and get my hands dirty (literally!). I'm hoping to grow some fresh herbs and maybe a few vegetables this year. Every little bit counts. My 2nd harvest of food i grew. The tomatoes stunted and started to change colors, so I plucked them to ripen inside and revamped the plant. The peppers had a lot of peppers, so I took the big ones, so the small ones will grow too. I'm happy and proud 👏

Harvest Gurus...how long should I wait to harvest these potatoes? New to growing food. The leaves are turning brown and the stems are falling over but still a lot of green there.

The poem is called
Prejudice
Would you tell a white rose It’s the only color supreme
That flowers, radiant in color share equality only in my dreams. 
Would you tell me that a puppy who is spotted black-and-white
Would be far superior if his coat were only light
Would you tell me that a black stallion is not beautiful to see
that the milk from a brown cow is not fit for you and me
Homo Sapien proliferates as a rainbow our color shout aloud
Just God designed us I’m sure God must be proud
The Earth is such a grand splendor burst forth for the world to see
All the species in a magnificent spectrum of color, including you and me
We can open our hearts to this inheritance of the beautiful color earth,
rejecting the notion of prejudice and treating people of equal worth
Now is the time for all mankind to live in harmony,
nurturing the growth of our brotherhood we can be beautiful, can’t we
