Patrice of Craftable Things and I will be starting our Christmas in July project next week on my Thursday night live - July 23rd at 6:30 p.m. Central Time. We will be making quilt blocks from Sweet Pea's Christmas Cookie Cutters Quilt project. Like our last project, we will host a Zoom party down the road where everyone who makes the project can come together to celebrate and sew. We will sew our blocks together and add backing during the Zoom. And the amount of blocks you choose to make and the final size of your project is totally up to you. Patrice and I got through Block 1 and much of the way through Block 2 of the Butterfly Garden Hanger project Saturday night. We both finished Block 2 on our own. We'll be making Blocks 3 and 4 on a Youtube Live at 5 p.m. Central Time on Saturday, May 9th. After all Blocks are completed, we'll have a Zoom party so that everyone who is ready to sew them together can do it together!
