I miss Chae.. I miss her sm. I remember the first time she called me teddy, told me why and, it stuck, I genuinely didn’t want anyone else to call me that. Not my irl friends or my fam. It was the nickname only she could call me.. I miss reading the name, it always put a smile on my face, now I will probably never be able to talk to her again. that day that you replied to my comment and talked me out of su1s!d3, you truly did save me that time, i was serious about doing it, i want to say thank you for saving my life. sometimes i would go back to that convo to remind me that there are people who care and that i'm not alone, even if you don't remember me, i will forever remember you 🫶 you mean so much to me, ik you might never see this but thank you.

I hope I never go back to that hole of sadness that I was in. It’s getting better, i think my new school helped me start over a bit easier. The road is rocky but it looks like it’s going up. although I still have my struggles, they are less intense then b4.. I think the anti depressants I take (prescribed to me by a professional) help too. It’s weird not to be drowning in dread, I know that this is good for me but it’s been so long and I started to find comfort in the pain and sadness that I had, Even though I wanted to get better. I feel like I don’t deserve this and that I’m selfish for getting help But at least my family doesn’t have to see me gone, Not yet.
It’s weird to think about how I didn’t think I would make it to my birthday last year but here I am.. 16 days till I’m a year older.
Even though I’m getting better, it’s still so hard. I’m only here right now because of the people who were with me during my hardest days, at my lowest.
