I just put the digital file for this impeller up on my website. I was originally going to sell just physical copies of the bilge pump impellers, but due to the postal strike I have been unable to get these to people who want them for their projects. The file includes the 3700 sized impeller as well as the 2000gph impeller.
This 3700 impeller will require an interface layer support filament to print, so it's not for everyone.

Packed for a week long mining trip. Here is a preview of a fully adjustable 360° jet I created. It's an oversized 2" suction jet where the inside diameter of the hose and the jet are the same. There is a hose collar on each end to quick connect a suction hose without the need for hose clamps or a narrowed area where plugups could occur.
I made a pie shaped cut-out so I could show off the design of the inner workings.
This is definitely one of my most complex 3D designs I've built so far, and I'm happy with how it's turned out.

I have been quite sick for the last 3 weeks with some sort of virus... Carol made me go to a medical clinic and it turns out I had a bit of a lung infection as well which needed a week of antibiotics. I'm feeling much better now and back to work on making videos again! I've attached a picture of the latest tri-jet venturi made specifically for a 3700GPH bilge pump dredge, and a photo of a tree that fell in a wind storm the other day that landed on car on the road. Never a dull moment!

But yeah, just wanted to let you all know why I haven't been uploading recently and that I'll be back at it again soon!

My 3D Printing Journey so far... After putting in the time and effort, I have mostly figured out how to make impellers in Fusion 360 and am looking forward to putting some of these to the test in an upcoming video! I'm waiting on some testing equipment so that I can track pressure, flow, and wattage. I think this is shaping up to be a very interesting experiment!
