Why โKiwi Influenceโ? ๐ณ๐ฟโจ
Someone recently asked about the name of the channel, so I thought Iโd share!
Iโm originally from New Zealand, and people from New Zealand are often called Kiwis - itโs a friendly nickname that comes from our national bird, the Kiwi (a small, flightless bird unique to NZ). So when you hear โKiwi,โ itโs not just the fruit - itโs a term for NZ people too! ๐ฅ๐ณ๐ฟ
When I started this channel, I wanted a name that reflected where Iโm from and the lifestyle I grew up with - staying active, keeping things simple, getting outdoors, and moving your body in a way that feels good.
Kiwi Influence is my way of bringing a little bit of that Kiwi energy into every workout: grounded, balanced, unfussy, feel-good fitness that anyone can do. Progress over Perfection always.
