Most buyers today are evaluating projects based on a simple metric:
"How many kilometers away is it from the airport?"

But that may soon become the wrong question.

With app-based cabs, shuttle services, inter-city buses, metro connectivity and airport access roads gradually taking shape, the real differentiator may not be distance from the airport boundary.
