Recent survey findings highlight a significant mismatch between expectations and on-the-ground progress in the Yamuna Expressway industrial area:

The data suggests that, despite major upcoming assets like the Noida International Airport, the industrial ecosystem in YEIDA is still at a very early stage. Key supporting elements—MSME clusters, supplier networks, labor availability, and service infrastructure—are yet to meaningfully develop.


However, the next 2–3 years will be crucial. With increased government monitoring, stricter construction timelines, and efforts to attract anchor industries, YEIDA has the potential to transition from underutilized land to a functional industrial zone.
