Fitter Stronger in Midlife

Hi everyone it’s Miki, I'm here to inspire mid-lifers to age fitter and stronger to achieve their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves.

I'll provide you with functional strength workouts and hybrid training sessions, mostly using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight, my workouts are suitable to do from your own home or gym.

I'll also give you ideas for healthy nutritional food choices, all designed to be effective, sustainable and to help delay the ageing process.

I’m a Personal Training Coach & Sports Therapist with over 20 years experience and a lifelong passion.
At 50 I changed my training from endless cardio to functional strength with cardio bursts which has led me to being the strongest and fitness I’ve ever been and I hope it inspires others to do the same.
