Jupiter Opposition 🔭✨

Jupiter opposition occurs when Earth lies directly between the Sun and Jupiter, placing Jupiter on the opposite side of the sky from the Sun.
Because of this alignment, Jupiter rises at sunset, is visible all night, and sets at sunrise.

Where to See Jupiter During Opposition?

🌍 Look in the night sky opposite the Sun

🌇 Rises at sunset
🌌 Visible all night
🌅 Sets at sunrise

⭐ How to Find Jupiter Easily

It looks like a very bright, steady star (does NOT twinkle)

Brightest object in the sky after the Moon & Venus
Use a sky map app (Sky Map / Stellarium) for exact direction

🔭 With or Without Telescope

👀 Naked eye → bright planet

🔍 Binoculars → 4 moons visible

🔭 Telescope → cloud bands + moons + Great Red Spot

Tonight, the Moon’s magic pierced through the clouds, mesmerizing all 🌑✨

I captured the journey of the Moon — from normal, to penumbral, to partial. But just when the total lunar eclipse began, clouds covered the sky 🌥️. After a long wait, a tiny window opened, and I finally managed to capture the total eclipse. Truly a battle between patience, clouds, and the cosmos 🌌✨."

After the partial eclipse, the sky turned cloudy and it rained for hours. Just when I thought I’d miss it, a tiny gap opened in the clouds – and through that small window, I managed to capture this stunning Total Lunar Eclipse shot. 🌕❤️
