RAHHHH guys I’ve heard so many ppl be like “OH MAY GAWD MY HR IS AT 100 ILL PASS OUT” like im sorry but 100 won’t make you pass out. If it spikes over 120 that’s different tho that will make you faint. I don’t pass out, nor do I have any cardiac diagnosis, but 100 bpm compared to this is nothing 🤭
