Here is a quick market update for my area. Median sales prices are still higher on average than last year but that could be due to the luxury market boosting it up. The number of homes sold monthly in 2024 have been down compared to 2023 and the average days listings are sitting on the market is up quite a bit. This is definitely a change compared to the last few years. I recently helped a buyer make a $15,000 below asking price offer on a turn key $400,000 property and we got it. Thats something we haven’t seen in a while.
