The Emergency Rockcasting System
The Emergency Rockcasting System is a high-voltage broadcast of pure rock energy. When the signal goes out, we crank it louder. This channel beams out original rock songs, retro sci-fi soundtracks, parody anthems, guitar-driven experiments, and absurd musical broadcasts from the far side of the console.
Expect vintage TV test vibes, cosmic riffs, space-age humor, and songs that sound like they escaped from a lost late-night transmission. From arena rock tributes to weird audio transmissions from the edge of the galaxy, every broadcast is loud, fun, and slightly unhinged.
And Remember This is only a test.
The Emergency Rockcasting System
Back in the ’80s, I played bass in local bands, and it was one of the best times of my life. Today, I have a cassette tape, a few photos, friendships I still treasure, and plenty of stories—some of which have found their way into my videos.
Years later, we tried putting the band back together, but it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. After that, I returned to creating from home in my spare time.
When I discovered Suno, I thought I might use it to create background music for my animations. Instead, it gave me a way to turn old song ideas into complete albums. Many of those songs appear on the *1987 1/2* record. It has also allowed me to write entirely new songs and pursue random ideas that I thought might be interesting—or just funny.
A quick note about my Star Trek and other sci-fi-specific songs: I love bands like Warp 11 and enjoy that kind of music, but I don’t feel completely comfortable posting those songs here. You can find them on Suno at **@rockit_science** under the playlists **Strange New Hits** and **Country Trek**.
You’ll also find more Rockit Science time-traveling adventures, an epic rock opera about knights fighting a legendary guitar battle, and some upcoming holiday hits.
As for the tools used to make the videos, I use ChatGPT for image generation, and it has been doing a good job with character consistency. I use Grok for the animation, and it works especially well for acting and performance.
The main limitation right now is that I can’t upload an audio file for precise lip-syncing, which can be a challenge when making music videos. Hopefully, that feature will be added soon. In the meantime, I’m working on a possible workaround—but more on that story later.
Finally, I want to thank everyone who has listened, watched, or subscribed to the channel. It still amazes me that people are watching and enjoying the Rockit Science videos.
