I’ve just published a detailed tutorial video where I explain a complete end-to-end Copilot Studio project focused on extracting data from medical bills (PDF & images) and converting it into an Excel file automatically.

In this tutorial, I walk through the entire solution step by step, starting from agent design to backend automation, so that anyone working with Power Platform or AI agents can easily follow along and build the same solution.



📄 What this project covers:
- Building an AI Agent in Copilot Studio
- Designing a clean and structured conversation flow
- Uploading medical bill PDFs/images securely
- Extracting patient details, hospital information, itemized charges, taxes, and total amount using AI prompts
- Converting extracted data into structured JSON
- Automatically generating a formatted Excel (.xlsx) file
- Sharing a downloadable Excel link back to the user



🛠️ The solution uses Copilot Studio + Power Automate + AI prompts, and I’ve explained:
- Why certain prompts are written in a specific way
- How JSON is converted into Excel using code interpreter
- How file handling and download links work behind the scenes

It all started with a small dream, little faith, and years of hardwork and skills.

Always had a dream of creating a community where I can share my knowledge, but with a job there was no time to create content. Left my job not for content creation but due to the frustration of having good skills and very little pay.

Started posting videos when I literally had no job, had all the skills to crack any interview but recession hit hard. Decided to share my knowledge on YouTube and trusted the process.

The first few months were really tough, with no income but without any expectations I kept on posting the best content for you all.

In return I received your love through the subscription, comments, like, super thanks. It was a life changer for me.

Started giving consultation services, later training and all of it is a complete success.

Receiving many jobs offer daily, but didn't joined full time cause if I did, it would have been very difficult to consult individuals on there project, create content and train people on PowerApps.
