Strategy is creativity.

The clearest example we have is God creating the heavens and the earth.
Creation wasn’t replication. God didn’t copy what already existed—God brought forth what had never been.

That’s strategy at its highest level:
vision paired with execution, imagination paired with order.

Somewhere along the way, we separated what God never divided.

We’ve built a false hierarchy where strategy is seen as disciplined and respectable, while creativity is treated as emotional or impractical. Creatives get singled out like imagination is a flaw instead of a leadership function.

But creativity doesn’t compete with strategy.
Creativity enhances strategy.

Every effective strategy requires foresight.
Every scalable plan requires imagination.
Without creativity, strategy only recycles what already exists.

Creativity is the ability to see what isn’t yet.
Strategy is the discipline to build it responsibly.

They aren’t opposites.
They’re partners.

The real tension isn’t creatives vs. administrators—it’s rigidity vs. growth.

You can be creative and administrative.
You can imagine and execute.
You can design and govern.

That isn’t rare.
That’s how creation began.

And any strategy that forgets that will eventually lose its future.
