My pick-ups this week: Some Perth Mint 2025 “Year Of The Snake” 1 oz silver coins as the main entree, with a little drizzle of fractional gold over the top for a bit of seasoning!

Well, I’m traveling today folks. Unfortunately, the vendor did not accept cash, and I was forced to pay with credit card. Now, instead of my salt cravings being just a matter shared just between me and the cashier, now MasterCard knows all about it. One day, even my health insurer will know, and since they’ve cautioned me to be on a low sodium diet, my premiums will soar. We’re going down a dark road folks. Get gold. Get silver.

Just bought some coffee from this shop, where they have a sign stating that they are a “No Cash Community.”

Since when is not accepting cash considered a “community”? 👀

This is how they do it, folks.
1) Stop accepting US currency cash.
2) Call it a “community”.
3) Make it seem cool 😎 and something that everyone should want to be a part of, due to the community togetherness.
4) Now, they know all of your spending habits! 👍🏾
