We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Promote and grow our agricultural services in assigned areas
• Build strong relationships with farmers and dealers
• Generate new leads and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate customer support and after-sales service
• Collect field information and market feedback
✅ Requirements
• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualified
• Good communication skills in Sinhala & Tamil
• Sales experience is an added advantage
• Willing to travel within agricultural regions
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
