Just sharing my press workout for tonight. It was a fun one. Let me know if you want any detail or further description.
5 minute warmup was first then:
Bench press 3 sets of 5 RM. 4th set close grip warm up weight plus 5 loaded stretch pause reps + Shin to bar leg lifts after each set
Incline Dumbbell Press 3X8. 4th set dumbbell close grip press AMRAP
2 sets of Weighted Dips AMRAP->BW Dips AMRAP->Eccentric only Dips AMRAP
2 sets Explosive Pushups + Triceps drops on MB AMRAP ->AMRAP on knees then 3 eccentric only dips-> hands elevated pushups AMRAP
2 sets eccentric only floor skullcrushers->Floor pullovers
2 sets Cable flyes->Cable Triceps crossovers
