Soothing Relaxation is a passion project by the Norwegian composer Peder B. Helland. Over the last 10 years, I've composed hundreds of tracks on a mission of discovering the most beautiful and peaceful melodies possible. The results can be found here and on all music services under my name.

Everyone's talking about AI, so I thought it would be useful to be transparent about how I use (or rather don't) use AI on Soothing Relaxation. Rest assured, I will never publish any videos, footage, photos or music generated with AI on the channel! 💚 I would also urge everyone in similar positions to do the same for all kinds of art you use, regardless of how impressive and cheap AI is getting at a rapid pace.
To be transparent, I have been using it occasionally to get ideas for the video titles and descriptions though, along with translations into other languages.
