Welcome to the official My Body Is My Body (MBIMB) Programme channel – a FREE, internationally recognised child safeguarding programme that uses the power of music to teach children about body safety in a fun, positive, and age-appropriate way.
MBIMB has empowered over 2.5 million children in 60+ countries, and is available in more than 30 languages. Our resources are easy to use and completely free — helping parents, teachers, social workers, and community leaders open important conversations with children about staying safe from abuse.
