I’m Song Gao, a Zhanzhuang and Yiquan instructor trained by Master Zhang Yongmou since 2016. In just four years—three of them assisting at his school—I earned my qualification to teach.

Since 2020, I’ve been sharing my methods through YouTube, live classes, and video materials online, helping students worldwide develop body and mind as if training with me in person. I started to visit the US every year to offer hands-on-hands instructions since 2024.

On the path to mastering Yiquan, teaching is as vital as learning. I’m grateful for your interest in walking this path with me.
