i make ASMR videos for sleep and nostalgia :]
i love ASMR. i have for years. i've learned that it's so much more than sounds. it's about human connection, deep relaxation, intimacy and trust. i believe ASMR can be helpful with trauma, or just to destress after a long day.
on this channel i aim to create videos that induce ASMR for relaxation, ASMR for sleep, ASMR roleplay videos, ASMR triggers for tingles and just foster a chill community and atmosphere for you to return to when you need to. you'll primarily see asmr scratching and personal attention.

May or may not upload a bit less frequently for a short while. Just need to rest a little bit. Hoping for 2 videos per week - maybe more, maybe less.
Lmao, it's kind of difficult to let go as I haven't skipped an upload for over a year. But I'm sure the algorithm gods will allow a little inconsistency. And I'll try to consider it an act of kindness to myself, instead of an act of laziness or something.

This is a fairly standard disclaimer in the ASMR community now, but I feel I have to mention it.
YouTube videos usually play on "Stable Volume" mode. I understand the feature, but ASMRtists are peculiar about the sound they're going for so...
You can go to the video settings (gear icon) and turn Stable Volume off so you enjoy the intended experience :) cheers!
