I started shaking and stirring cocktails behind the bar in 1995, and aside from a few breaks throughout my career, I never wanted to stop. So here I am, sharing everything I know.
Throughout my career, I've attended many cocktail competitions and worked in clubs, cocktail bars, cruises, and hotels. I've had the pleasure of consulting for some of the biggest brands and training many new bartenders.
