Picked up the boys a Switch 2, I wonder how many chunks Minecraft will get. The boys won the costume contest at Gamestop. Now I gotta sneak them in the house without mom finding out.. :)

My baby brother died, with a needle in his arm and another hobo watching him. My heart is truly broken. I have been clean for 11 1/2 years and a practicing substance use counselor for 8. This is the first time I've felt like an imposter in my profession. If I had the keys to sobriety, I would have given them to my brother, or my sister that is currently in jail for drug charges, or my mother.. I do know that addiction is treatable but chronically relapsing, progressive, and deadly afflictions. Bobby died in St. Cloud, MN on May 1st. In Minnesota, they have drug overdose Good Samaritan laws- if a person calls 1st Responders for an overdose, they can not be prosecuted for drug related offenses related to it. I don't know when the man didn't call for help instead of watching my brother die, but maybe if he knew this, Bobby would still be alive.

As a disabled veteran, I know the value of service and civil engagement. I want to encourage everyone to go out and vote your conscious in tomorrow's election. Then buy your groceries and continue on with life. I'm a devout Baptist and will be praying for whomever will win the election tomorrow. Let's remember that we're back to back world champions.
