Hi everyone. Here’s a little bit about myself:
I love to cook/bake and keep it simple in the kitchen. The recipes I will be sharing with you is in hope for you to learn, enjoy, and be in and out of the kitchen in a reasonable time. I personally do not like to be in the kitchen all day, but I LOVE to cook/ bake if that makes any sense. My approach to cooking is keep it simple, focus on techniques, healthy and organic options, and have fun. I am a foodie, I love cooking shows, and trying new recipes. I don’t eat meat so majority of my recipes will be either with seafood, fish, and I make vegetarian dishes too. I do my best to buy organic, I know organic is more expensive but in the long run it is well worth it. If you can afford it great, if not I understand. I am obsessed with pizza and love love love bread! You will see the things I love to eat and hopefully you will try and love them too. Food is love. Pizza is King. And Gemini’s rule the world!

Cosmic crisp apples, where have you been all my life? I normally don't buy red apples unless it's like a Gala or something similar to that, because I like a very crisp apple it cannot be mush.😖 These cosmic crisp apples are red, huge, and make that crisp sound when you bite into it throughout.
