Starting day 1 on 5&1 tomorrow! Will be doing mostly shakes, hot chocolate and a few other goodies that were given to me. Will be filming and giving the WW points and calories equivalent so regardless of what plan you follow, you can see the breakdown. So far I’ve really been enjoying the Optavia shakes and hot chocolate. Since they are only between 1-3 points each, depending on the flavor, who thinks I should order a month and see how I do?
