Offline responsibilities led me to put off plans to attend the big conventions scheduled in south China. This is a pilgrimage I make whenever July comes around.

Not the July I envisioned earlier this year. But in the end, stuff happened that justified my staying home this time.

The pics I'm sharing come from my previous visits to the July conventions in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

May August be a better month.

I was able to check out the Honkai Star Rail decor installed at one of Manila's LRT stations, before I continued on my way to Anime Fair.

I can foresee HSR cosplayers dropping by this LRT station for a quick photo shoot, before continuing on their way to a cosplay event.

The pop-up for the Honkai Star Rail Charmony Carnival event was already closed by the time I arrived, but I was fortunate enough to meet up with cosplayer Gaz. She had visited the Charmony Carnival on the previous day, and had already picked up the HSR merch she was looking for.
