I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 17 in 2005. I decided after my diagnosis that I would not let MS stop me! I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor to create workouts for the MS community and for all levels of ability. My encouragement to anyone is "no matter what their limitation, you can keep moving!"
