The woods in Phippsburg Maine today. Sagadahoc County. I needed to get out into the woods for healing today. There is so much hardship in the world and in my community. This week there was a mass killing in my community. The killer resided in my county and we know the same people and the same land. In the Middle East many children’s lives are ending or resulting in lifetime trauma. The best I can do now is go to the woods. #maine #mainewoods #naturetherapy #forestbathing #healing
