An oldie but worthy a reminder not to neglect your feet and ankles.

We tend not to think about our feet until they hurt, so this practice is all about helping to soothe and strengthen the feet and ankle joints, improving overall health and flexibility.

The poses can be quite intense, so monitor the level of intensity, if it gets too much rest and when you’re ready, try again. You could also start by staying in the postures for one minute, and then slowly building up to the full three minutes.

Practice this regularly for the best results.
